Power Properties has been striving to be a contributing member of the East Dallas Business and Residential Community for over 13 years.

As of 2002, Power Properties has acquired over 600 units in the Lakewood and Old East Dallas neighborhoods that they have purchased, thoroughly renovated, leased, maintained, and managed.

Our properties have come to be known for their architectural appeal and high quality features including hardwood floors, high ceilings, quality materials (e.g., tile, granite, and marble floors and countertops), unique fixtures, high-end appliances, attractive landscaping (often with elaborate pools and fountains), and secure parking behind ornate electric gates. Power Properties attracts many young professionals who desire these features as well as a location near downtown, lower Greenville Avenue, Deep Ellum, White Rock Lake, Swiss Avenue, and the Munger Historic District.

Several of our properties are historic landmarks located in historic districts and surrounded by stately old homes. All of the Powers' properties were purchased by the Powers in extremely dilapidated conditions and then dramatically restored, with renovations often including foundations, wiring, and plumbing as well as the important "visual" features noted above.

With a staff of over 50 people, we're well equipped to handle any concern that could arise for residents or potential residents.

Power Properties is presently accumulating and developing over 100 units per year. Power Properties' developments have been featured several times in the Dallas Morning News, Dallas Business Journal, The East Dallas Advocate, Channel 5 News, and the Wall Street Journal. Please refer to articles to read more about their progress.
